Ethics Channel

The Ethics Channel is a confidential channel that allows both, employees and any third party, to make inquiries or report possible breaches of the Code of Conduct and/or violations as regulated by Law 2/2023, of February 20 that regulates the protection of individuals who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption, in a confidential and anonymous way. It is managed internally by the responsible of the System, appointed by the Board of Directors and is available 24 hours a day, every day of the week, in the following FORM. When the channel receives a communication about a possible non-compliance, it is forwarded to the company’s bodies in charge of managing it and carrying out the corresponding investigations.

In compliance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, the Corporate Policy of the Internal Information System and the Investigation Procedure of the Ethical Channel, which set out the general principles of Internal Information Systems and whistleblower protection, are made available to any interested party.

Code of Conduct

At CALVERA HYDROGEN we are concerned that the company and its employees, partners, agents, managers and members of the board of directors, comply with the applicable legislation, as well as with the ethical standards of behavior and conduct, which CALVERA HYDROGEN has decided to assume. For this purpose, we have the Code of Conduct, which establishes the reference framework for the behaviors and expectations that we place on each and every one of our employees in the performance of their daily work. Given the impossibility of anticipating all situations that may arise in the scope of our activity, we set minimum standards of conduct that guide all our professional and personal behavior.

Our Code of Conduct seeks to ensure that all our actions are carried out responsibly and with integrity throughout our value chain and reflects our commitment to human rights, equal opportunities, environmental protection, the fight against corruption and transparency of information.

The Code of Conduct together with the Supplier Code of Conduct are the reference guides in our relationship with partners, suppliers, partners and, in general, with third parties, and contribute to strengthening relations with our stakeholders and the society.
