Soldadura Calvera S.L. is specialized in the assembly and elements welding for public works machines, industrial and agricultural until a weight of 5Tn.

The company is expert in special welding with high quality in the different processes, not only for stainless steel, but also aluminium and copper: Oxyacetylene, MIG/MAG, TIG y SAW.


The robotized installations make easier the carry out of medium and high series keeping excellent quality with optimum costs. The large experience got during the life company’s and the industrial fabric of our area allow to offer a comprehensive service to our customers, managing the material procurement, the mechanization or the required superficial treatments, to delivery a complete finished parts.



Among its specialized works we can underline:

• Subsets for cranes trailer, essential welding parts of the crane with MAG processes and inspected completely and visually (100%) and by ultrasounds for high responsibility areas.
• Roller for compactors with high tonnage subjected to sealing tests. Welded with SAW and MAG processes.
• Front loaders, grain and earth buckets, with high resistance and with anti wearing away reinforcements.
• Components for energy wind generator. Frames for wind turbine, high responsability welding completely inspected.
• Components for cardboard die cutter, sets realized with 50m thickness sheet joint with welding points of high dimension.
