Our competences are no just limited to the manufacture of products for compressed gas storage systems but also we are professionals of the maintenance processes for cylinders and tubes. We have in our installations a production line adapted exclusively for the refurbishment of the cylinders. The cylinders must be maintained each 10 years and can be re-evaluated according its subsequent usage.

In our treatment center, we make all the control complete process and the maintenance of the cylinders according to the European norms UNE- EN 1968 and UNE- EN 1089-3. The cylinders are controlled internally and externally before being cleaned and marked for its usage. Respecting to the process development, we follow the criteria and technical instructions defined by the European and Spanish norms and the customers’ conditions. In the integrated process, we favour the priority to the quality of the service and to the anti corrosive treatment of the cylinders.

Calvera Maquinaria S.L. proposes to its customers the possibility to make the cylinders maintenance through hydraulic and ultrasound tests.  The ultrasounds technique qualified of not destructive control detects any defects during the test and controls with precision the cylinder thickness.

Conscious of the importance of cylinder information, the steps of the maintenance are computerized. This information allows us to follow the traceability and the steps of the cylinder. Each cylinder has a code bar with a unique register which allow connect al the data bases to the refurbishment process.

We offer the possibility to re-evaluate the cylinders to be used in Europe.
