CALVERA

The H2 tubes trailer is the model the most used and manufactured . This storage concept allows to transport a total volume of 24.000 liters with only 10 tubes. The multinational companies use this transport system for its capacity and its comforts. Calvera Maquinaria S.L. is in charge of making the complete manufacture of the trailer (except the tubes) and the ADR approval.

Characteristics of the tubes trailer:

- Tubes with compressed gas high capacity colocated in pyramid form.

- Control box for the whole trailer.

- Headwalls to protect the front and back part.

- Tubes fastening  with towropes for protection.

 

 

Manifold for tubes trailer:

- Made in stainless steel 316L.

- Tested design anti vibration.

- Welding TIG.

- Hydraulic 300 bar test.

- Leak test by 200 bar of helium gas in water immersion bath.

- Sealing with double o ring.
