Calvera Maquinaria S.L. designs, manufactures and approves containers for pressure gas transport. These containers called Skids can contain cylinders or tubes of different quantity. They have been mainly thought for He, H2 and CNG gas transport. The skids structure have the size of 20 or 40 feets containers. The company designs and manufactures skids according to volumes and needs of the customer. 

 

Characteristics of the skid:

- ADR for the carriage of dangerous goods.

- ISO Corners to join the skid on the chassis.

- Norm 97/23/ CE PED.

- Steel construction, metallic treatment and painting according to norm.

- Independant storage system working in autonomous way.

- Transportable with crane owing to iso corners.

- Stacking structure.

 

Control procedure of the skid:

- Welding joints with TIG process.

- Visual and dimensional control.

- Magnetic particles test.

-Rust removal welding and degreasing pieces.

- MEF calculations (finite elements) for skid and for pieces subjected to pressure.
