Calvera Maquinaria S.L. is specialized in the manufacture of connexion structures for all systems of fixed tank and transport for gas pressure. The more important production is for bundles manifolds and tubes/cylinders trailers manifolds.The company also manufactures the customers' designs according to drawings. The structures are made of stainless steel and copper material.

 


Stainless steel manifold:

- Stainless steel 316 L TIG welding.

- Connectors between manifold and cylinders/tubes.

- Hydraulic test for manifold until 1,5 work pressure.

- Work pressure: 200/300 bar.

- Design pressure: 300/450 bar.

 

 

Copper manifold:

- CUDHP EN 12449R290 industrial por collecting tube.

- Hydraulic test for manifold until 1,5 work pressure.

- Work pressure: 200/300 bar.

- Design pressure: 300/450 bar.

 

 

Options:

- Manometer.

- 1 or 2 outlet.

- With break disc for CO2.
