Calvera Maquinaria S.L. offers a large range of cylinders bundles for fixed and moveable installations. Our team of technical engineers realise tailored bundles for its customers and integrating the design, manufacture and approval process, they achieve high levels of competitivity.
All the bundles are approved according to the valid european norms and depending on the model certified OFFSHORE. The company delivers the bundles with the corresponding certificates and usage manual.
Characteristics of the bundles:
- Bundles of 10,12,14,16 and 18 cylinders.
- European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods (ADR).
- Norm UNE- EN 13769 for the cylinders bundles transport and UNE- EN 12079 according to the model.
Control procedures of the bundles:
- Welding joints of high security with TIG welding.
- Visual and dimensional control.
- Resistance testss.
- Test of magnetic particles for the frame.
- Rust removal welding and pieces without grease.
- Galvanised or painted structure.
- Fastening tape for the cylinders in the bundle.
- Transport possibility with crane or forklift.
- MEF (Finite elements) Calculations for the bundles and for all the pieces subjected to pressure.
Frame of bundles:
- Galvanized structure.
- Possibility of transport with crane and forklift.
- Fastening straps for the cylinders inside the bundle.
